Dr. Scales has always exhibited a passion to both achieve and serve. He began his academic journey at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. He then distinguished himself as a student at The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Scales has enjoyed rich healthcare experiences and training, including a pediatric residency at The University of Chicago as well as a dermatology residency at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. The breadth of experience gained from these and other opportunities laid the foundation for establishing himself in private practice.

With a strong background in Dermatology as well Emergency Medicine, I have acquired extensive knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating various skin conditions.

Her multicultural background as an American-Venezuelan bilingual professional has enabled her to develop an acute perception and understanding of skin issues among a wide range of patients.
