He then distinguished himself as a student at The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Scales has enjoyed rich healthcare experiences and training, including a pediatric residency at The University of Chicago as well as a dermatology residency at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. The breadth of experience gained from these and other opportunities laid the foundation for establishing himself in private practice.
